include a regularly updated Handbook with some 25 chapters covering everything a Treasurer might need from Book-keeping, to Fundraising, via Health & Safety; a quarterly Newsletter keeping members informed of all the recent changes in legislation; an annual Treasurer’s Guide, detailing current tax rates plus access to our team of expert advisers via the Advice Line.

Membership is open to any individual or organisation interested in promoting the Association’s objects (see The Constitution on the About Us page). The current 9500+ members come from a wide range of Christian denominations (Anglicans, Baptist, Roman Catholic, Methodist, URC, etc.)  Joining could not be simpler, online or download a PDF form, which can be completed before printing. This printed form will need to be sent to the address stated on the form together with your cheque for the annual fee of £12-50.  Alternatively you might like to consider paying by Standing Order, just complete that section on the form.  Standing orders considerably reduce the administration for ACAT.  You can cancel a standing order simply by telling your bank to stop paying.

Please consider Gift Aiding your subscription as this is a major source of ACAT income.  This can be done by signing the Declaration on the form or choosing that option during the online payment process.
