ACAT's Budget and Planning course aims to shine a spotlight on the principles of preparing an annual budget for church treasurers and shows how to build a budget from beginning to end.

The course has been split into two parts - and the fee covers your attendance at both sessions.

The first session will take place on Tuesday, April 13, between 6pm and 8pm and the second takes place on Tuesday, April 20, between 6pm and 8pm.

Session one works up to what an annual budget should look like.

Session two looks at a dummy budget and includes a practical exercise.

Access to Excel would be beneficial and participants will be asked to undertake an exercise in the week between the sessions.

Ample opportunity for questions will be provided throughout.
